It is not easy to get a no cost mortgage. Unless you meet all the required criteria of the lender and have a huge down payment, most lenders may not be ready to offer you a no cost mortgage loan. In today’s market situation, most lenders are not even considering a no cost mortgage as it becomes a huge risk for them. Even if the lenders offer a no cost home loan, then in most cases, they will add the cost in your loan which will in turn increase your loan payment amount. So, you should go for a proper lender who has the reputation of offering a no cost home loan.
